RAC, an individual approach, is also available within the workplace.

Recognition of prior learning and competencies is offered by Estrie's vocational training centers, both for individuals and for company groups. For individuals, this process enables one’s lifeand work skills acquired through experience to be evaluated andofficially recognized.

For workers in the same company, RAC makes it possible to assess the skills already mastered by each individual, in relation to the requirements of a specific trade.
